Frequently asked questions
- Where do I meet the driver at Valdivia airport?
- Come to the Transfer Valdivia desk in the arrivals hall right after you pick up your luggage — show your booking code and we will point you to your vehicle. Our fleet waits for every incoming flight.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Nothing to worry about: we monitor the real arrival times of every flight into Pichoy (ZAL), so your transfer is automatically coordinated with your actual landing time. No need to call us.
- Can I pay with a foreign credit card?
- Yes. Online payments go through Webpay (Transbank), which accepts Visa, Mastercard and other major credit and debit cards. You can also book by WhatsApp and pay on board in Chilean pesos.
- How much luggage can I bring?
- On the shared shuttle: one checked-size suitcase (max. 23 kg) plus one carry-on per passenger. For extra or bulky luggage (bikes, surfboards, skis), book a private car or van.
