Pricing questions
- How is the Valdivia airport transfer priced?
- The shared shuttle is priced per person (with reduced fares for children). The private car (up to 4 passengers) is priced per vehicle. The private van is priced per passenger: the total depends on how many travel, so a van for a small group costs less.
- Is the price the same in both directions?
- Yes: airport-to-city and city-to-airport cost the same per leg. You can book one way or both legs in a single reservation.
- Are there hidden charges — luggage, flight delays, night flights?
- No. Standard luggage is included, we track your flight and wait for actual landing at no extra cost, and we serve every commercial flight of the day, early or late.
- Can I pay with a foreign card?
- Yes. Online payment runs on Webpay (Transbank), which accepts Visa, Mastercard and other major cards. You can also book via WhatsApp and pay on board in Chilean pesos.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- With at least 4 hours’ notice before your pickup time (or your landing time, if you are arriving) you can reschedule at no cost, subject to availability, or cancel and get 85% of what you paid refunded. With less than 4 hours’ notice, our office reviews each case. If the airline cancels your flight, we reschedule for free or issue a credit for the full amount.
